Balancing Boys and Bones in Our Home
Hey ya’ll and welcome! Thank you for stumbling across my blog. My name is Tran Wallace and I am the busy bee behind this page. I’m a 30ish year old, child of God, wife, working mama, Tennessee native, and most importantly chaos controller of two fantastic boys: Archer and Tucker.
I am an orthopedic nurse practitioner and have been since July of 2017. I’ve worked in South Mississippi up until we moved to Eastern Kentucky March of 2020. BUT guess what, we’re moving back “home” in the summer; I know we’re CRAZY! With ALL this chaos of moving with 2 kiddos and the Covid-19 pandemic, I decided to start this blog as a reminder to myself that NO matter where the journey takes our family Christ is ALWAYS at the center.
As a mama (working or stay-at-home), I feel like there needs to be a balance not only for our families, but also for ourselves. The saying holds true, “You cannot pour from an empty cup.” So, I hope ya’ll can find this blog as a place to relate to the trails of motherhood, the journey of an APRN, the lover of DIYs, and everything in between.
Tag along with me as I try to find a good (not perfect) balance in this chaos while attempting to NOT get my boys to break their own bones (spoiler to follow).
