The Best Balsamic Reduction

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Combine the vinegar and brown sugar in a non stick skillet
  • Turn heat to medium
  • Keep string the mixture until it becomes thick in consistency
  • This will usually take about 5 - 10 minutes
  • The reduction is ready when the mixture has become thick and not runny
